Shareholders didn't get excited oilman, a few rampers went wild though. Price since has only ever been above the 1st Sept 2011 price before announcement once for a 0.2 cent intraday high, every close has been below that price, anywhere from 80 to 87% currently. The rampers could not stop talking up the 'going mining' phrase though. Far too many risks with this management and their connections IMO, and time has confirmed this.
