What I don't understand is how you know about certain details of the report but not others??

How is it that you came into this information and surely if you know the company that issued the report, the price that they are stipulating as a target etc surely you will also know if it is a 6 month, 12 month or 2 year target???

I am simply confused as to why you always talk in code with very few details leaving much to speculation??
