Some reasons why, May or may not pertain to CCC
- has 3 or 4 billion shares on issue does apply
- Current price considered "penny dreadful" does apply
- Having trouble shaking day traders does apply
- Get on Radar of More Investment Houses does apply
- co gaught in a downward spiral so lets
try it does not apply
very simplistic answer not meant to cover everything and would need an entire thesis to pull apart.
I would welcome a consolidation mainly on the basis that even if everything goes right with ccc and I beleive it will we won't get past a SP of optimistically 25cents. This SP would mean some investment houses would still see it as a "penny dreadful" and dismiss it out of hand other houses would deem a more than 3,000,000,000 share register and also dismiss it. A co with 300,000,000 shares and a price of $2.50 would make every one sit up and take notice of the Co's future prospects.
Oh Howard all too many co's consolidate for the wrong reasons like the last one on my list.
While I don't beleive the market is perfect its not silly either' and yes these co's are seen through and the market continues to punish them. Perhaps more so

All of this is my opinion only. threads exist on the ccc forum where you will get multiple opinions and then you can pick and choose what fits your mantra
