I will try to access the report as well. The 12cent target would sit well with Alex Cowie's earlier 11.6cent (from memory) buy in price. AC has been pretty right in the past with his buying targets. For those unfamiliar with him he is the editor at Diggers and Drillers (a subscription newsletter). D&D is refered to on the Continental Coal home page by the way.
