It was the Federal government, actually...and I'd love to know what the board of a public company can do about being taken to court? Were they supposed to ignore the injunctions and start mining anyway? Good grief.
And, just quietly, the price of IO collapsed very soon after the case was brought (well before the 2 year life of the project), so there's a silver lining here for LTHs... which you are (allegedly). Why are you so peeved about making better profits off of this DSO?
