All good and well to take your own failings into account when buying shares but management must be held accountable in their announcements. This is how we make investment decisions.

Case in point: AR stated in June that a contractor had been organised to start drilling the Kulin project in July. It is now September and no sign of any drilling or any reason why it has failed to start. Drilling was not reliant on the CR. If you took that announcement as a reason to invest, and management have been unable to follow up with the own announcement from a few weeks previously, is the punter to blame? An investor expects an announcement from a listed company to be accurate. Clearly, management has a huge part to play any investment decision and it is up to holders to hold them to account. The current managements communications to holders has been poor to say the least.

I make no apologies about taking them to task about their lack of transparency and contempt for holders.
