I think your missing the importance of Tivan and TNG's relative low cost of production.
I see the big capex (60% of it being for Tivan) as a form of security for our future viability. We'll still be running when a lot of mines will be falling over.

I'm sure our financiers and off take partners see this to. The security of supply for a minimum of 17 years must be a huge plus for them. Financiers want a return on their money, or to at least get it back with interest, and the off take partners want to carry on their businesses knowing their supply of product is always going to be there!

And of course there's money to be made on Tivan if other miners use it

Of course you can never say never but hey a lot of boxes are being ticked, and I'm still liking the story.
