SeamF. the data you kindly supplied triples the importance of my original thinking i.e. this one well alone could easily be a 'company-maker'. Jeezus... if even half the amounts (no forget half lets say one-third) of the amounts of gas u state could be quantified... this SP will explode. It won't be over a few days. It will be substantial and sudden. MEL have said tests are 'forthcoming'. My point is as soon as possible they should publish a timeline showing when testing is due to begin, how long it will take, and when results can be expected. Reasonable people accept the dates may/will vary but an aproximate calendar is a very useful tool indeed. Without much doubt if gas pours out during the testing, then news (excuse the pun) will leak. By having knowledge when things are occurring gives readers a better feel/grip. In addition it is a simple and costless excercise for MEL to provide a timetable.
