The Majors have not had ample opportunity to buy on market because the 15% are not selling except for crumbs here and there. The last fund raising was a good example of how the cashed up can increase their control. For example, Tigers Realm Minerals were unable to take up their full share because they lacked cash. However, major shareholders (some of which were major shareholders of TRM) were able to increase their share. This is unlikely to happen again because we are poised to be able to use profits, slowly, slowly then accelerating to avoid getting into debt.
If the Board have resigned themselves to ultimately profiting from a dividend, or, if things progress well, selling to a Major, the share price will be of no importance. I know that's hard to get your head around but I offer it a possible explanation for their unusual behaviour regarding total lack of promotion.
