Pays to read the offer document, if it is over subscribed, and their is a scale back, your allotment will be worked on aggragate. No such thing as first come first served.
And BTW, I would allow minimum of 2 days to insure a bpay transfer occurs on time. With my bank If you make a payment before 10am, the transfer happens on the next business day. If after 10am, the transfer occurs only the day after the next. So I would say no later than 10am Wednesday morning to be safe.
