What failures are there to report from Spid news. This is from WKT’s February commissioning update just gone. 4 months was always set aside for a conservative ramp up to nameplate capacity. This very timeline has been reported by Spid news on numerous. In fact Spid news has reported it that many times it’s hard to believe it is now reporting timelines aren’t being met. Now that purity appears to be in check after 3 months of commissioning it now leaves 1 full month to reach nameplate capacity. Not that this is essential considering the high margins Lindi Jumbo’s graphite concentrates represent. With 3 months full production of the 4 months still then remaining before the first Gemcorp loan repayment in late September, this leaves WKT in an enviable position that any new graphite project would gladly take.
