The agreement with Wogan clearly states that they must accept and make payments for any graphite concentrate Lindi Jumbo is able to produce and deliver ti port. This is why Mikes is quoted as saying they are obliged to take in-spec material with payments up to $3.2mil. Once this transaction is completed it resets or as Mike has stated it is revolving. Which can only mean two things: 1. As Lindi Jumbo produces in spec concentrates they are guaranteed payment every time they deliver bulk amounts to port. 2. Wogan have clients lined up who are willing to take the bulk quantities of graphite now in their possession. Why are you struggling to understand this concept. Lindi’s lowest grade is -80 mesh which means all product that falls through a -80mesh screen Spid. Pretty basic stuff and when you consider your other two projects have -200 mesh material is astounds me how you can even make a comparison between WKT and any of these other projects. At -80 mesh, this means Lindi’s worst graphite has course graphite flakes just below 180 micron with expandable qualities and it’s Lindi Jumbo’s waste product. I know it pretty unbelievable stuff and you think commissioning and qualifying Lindi Jumbos graphite will be a major problem. It’s easy to see why you have invested in these other companies. Your knowledge in graphite production is obviously second rate.
