The crushing plant has been designed, to handle, in addition to the conventional ore,
the high grade zones of native copper with grades up to 40% Copper per tonne and
designed also to provide correct sizing and delivery of the product to the High Pressure
Rolls Grinder) HPGR, currently being manufactured in Germany, that is the final
treatment prior to entering the native copper, grinding and floatation circuits. The plant
has been designed to handle all of the product being mined from the Rocklands Group
Copper Project which is 100% owned by CuDeco Ltd and located only 15 klms from the
regional township of Cloncurry in NW Queensland. The project will produce high grade
copper/gold, sulphur/cobalt, native copper and high grade metallurgical magnetite
    product.
The circuit consists of a Trio Primary Jaw Crusher, capable of crushing 550 tonne per
hours followed by two German manufactured KRUPP 65 tonne Rolls Crushers and
multiple conveyor and screening circuits. The contract with IndexEMS includes the
6,600 tonne underground tunnel feeder system and a secondary 70,000 tonne crushed
ore stockpile with feeder system which will allow for 8 days continuation of supply of ore
to the treatment plant during shutdowns and maintenance to the crushing circuit.
The contract for the supply, fabrication and construction requires the circuit to be
completed and commissioned by the 21st December 2012. The balance of the
treatment plant is being delivered during the late 2012. The balance of the mineral
treatment plant has been contracted to one of China’s largest State owned corporations
Sinosteel Equipment and Engineering Co Ltd. Most of the long lead items including the
manufacturer of ball mill and grinding circuits are well underway with delivery expected
    by the end of 2012.
Earthworks and infrastructure are expected to commence in the first quarter of 2012
with completion and commission of the entire plant in the first half of 2013.
The commission of the crushing circuit allows the company to test the circuit for the high
grade native copper which will be treated during the first 4 years of the 10 years
production. The plant is designed to handle, oxide, sulphide and copper which may be
blended over the first 4 years. The open cut mining is expected to commence in the
first half of 2012 with more than 5mt of ore expected to be mined and stockpiled on
commencement of the commissioning of the process plant.
