I am sure Azure has no idea about the intricacies of NOR's business model.

Here is the thing. We live in a capitalist world. The higher up the food chain the less risk you need to take to make good returns. Whilst many of us are angered by the unfairness of this it's hard to see a system working without it.

At the top sits the Rothshchildes and merchant banks. somewhere below that sits the merchant brokers like azure, then comes the soph investors and then right at the bottom sits us humble retail investors.

Averes clients are soph investors.

These guys get first option on the good buys then get the sell the scraps to us bellow. Now does this mean NOR is a shoe in ? Absolutely not. The big boys can loose all the time.It's just that are used to having less risk and more info than the rest of us and the offer was fully subscribed in a matter of hours. If you look at the public info available around the 22nd of June there was not much good news on the horizon.
