My thoughts are a failed CR would actually help the SP. the market has already factored it in this week and even put a few more panic pips for good measure. They will def need another CR early in 2017 but hopefully by then Corona is making good inroads. If not then close the shop.
It has to be trading well close it it's IP value by now.
