Hey Waldo, my "tick, tick, tick" was not stating anything had been achieved it was the ticks of a clock. Pull your head in big boy, pop on the glasses and also read the extract from the last announcement that accompanied it (especially the bold highlight of their inability to forecast squat).
I'm as impatient as all hear and am no fan of the continual sliding schedule. As we know April is approaching...the clock is "ticking".
