Hey Centro2008 you forgot that there are some interested parties want to buy CNP property, and the aussie and NZ holding are sold assests and have it for at least more than 5 years, so if they are forced to come up some hard cash, any of those long tern held assests can generate some cash, in my humble observations any assests have more than 5 years is worth a lot already.

Plus there are some sovergin fund managers are very interested in our aussie assests-don't forget this important factor!

Only the US assets the debt needs to watch it! With top guy Glenn an experience shopping mall operator in US for so many years. I think he knows his job????
