I have just read the Announcement several times and there is nothing in it I don't like, This is a very clever and massive effort by Centro.
KEY > If the above issues are not finalised by 30 May 2008, the further extension arrangements may be terminated. In such circumstances, the financiers would lose the benefit of the security which Centro has granted to them in connection with these extension arrangements.
There is a mesage in there about Dividends as well.
"The key objectives of Centro through the strategic planning process and during the period of these extensions are to:..... > = No Strategic plan finalised = No Dividends Yet IMO.
I think there is a clue about CAF going the same way as CAWF
Future key dates > 30 May 2008 > 30 September 2008 > 15 December 2008
I am impressed I would love to see GR and team do a Media Interview, I just want to hear the man talk about this.
