i don't believe adrian coots is taking this lying down; neither is the board. They have after all more important things to look at ( the company & how to make it better) rather than worry about institutional companies taking a chunk out of the share price. This is a focused board.

Baseline is this is a company that is PROFITABLE. They made a single big depreciation & amortisation charge this year that turned their profits negative......so what? We do know that cdr is a company that behaves that way; making a big depreciation charge that takes a big hit in one year so that the next will be better.
Besides the annual report will be out on the 24th as well as a meeting that goes along with it. CDR & RHG are both good buys here along with EDS & CXS (just hit an evening star pattern) & GCS (getting a bit ex now) BUT CDR has the greatest potential here.

RHG is good as well....but be braced for more subprime problems ahead for it. What someppl don't understand is the fed might reduce their rates but that might not reduce the interbank rates or other rates like LIBOR. RHG can also forget about financing via XCP again after their little stunt; investors do not like to see their money held up for an extra period of time & thus it's lost credibility in the XCP market.

What about CDR then? It's business really depends on consumer/business confidence & i don't see a drop in it. Have fun:)
