My uncle's broker is from RBS, and while their target is roughly $24 - ish, the broker who we spoke to today had a target of $28.00 by year's end. He backed it up with quite a few charts, analysis etc. I will hopefully get some of that onto HC this afternoon for everyone's viewing.
