as for SP reaction - that's a hard one to answer - IMO management can have a dampener on SP as does transparency factors - so lots of other general factors that need to be taken into account - maybe check the history here and form a better view.

there was a legal action that the company has undertaken against anothers patent - separate thread on this one - and yet no further info as to where it is at/whether it has been successful/whether it has been discontinued etc. This was important from what I understood from the ANN because if successful it would have shortened the time frame for a particular product to get to market.

Further there was a J/V with a company called Hexima (which at some stage had a common officeholder) and what happened to that J/V was not IMO fully explained - so lots of other factors could be in play here.

generics could be low risk and high cashflow but you not only need the product (as you will be competing with products already out there) BUT you also need some degree of marketing expertise - do I think the company has that - i'll let you be the judge of that.
