My bet, and hope I guess, is Tullow. They are big in the area, both Ivory Coast and Ghana, and they are rumored to be interested in new acreage in West Africa.
Yeah, I totally agree about Senegal/Gambia and Cairn, but the Saphir-1XB (CI-514) by Total last year really de-risked the CI-513 as well last year, so CI-513 is highly prospective as well
