The Directors of Adamus Resources are pleased to announce that the
Company has received results from the first exploration holes at
Salman South. Drilling to date has tested only one of the three major
anomalies at Salman South, with results exceeding expectation.
The completion of the first 20 holes represents less than 10% of the
Company’s current drilling program which consists of 22,000 metres of
RC.
Results have identified broad zones of mineralization on every drill
section of the previously untested 300 metre long anomaly.
Mineralization is westerly dipping and demonstrates good continuity
along strike.
The Company believes the new results further demonstrate the
potential for the Salman Prospect and the broader Southern Ashanti
Gold Project to host a substantial economic ore-body.
Drilling will continue at Salman over the coming months, focusing on
several large exploration targets located throughout the Main Salman
Trend, which extends over a strike length of 4.8 kilometres.
The current phase of exploration will also include infill drilling at both
Salman Central and Salman North and a series of diamond holes
designed to gather more detailed geological information and test for
mineralization at depth.
Results from the on-going program will be released to the Australian
Stock Exchange at the earliest opportunity.
