Production EXCEEDING nameplate capacity
After years of over-delivering, it is reasonable to assume that this management will exceed the annual production forecasts;
Increase the reserve on grade definition;
Griw the resource through exploration.
Great POG timing nothing to do with management, but noone gets quite as lucky as those who work hard for it.
