They (KCN and Thailand) agreed to an extra 5 weeks to finalist it ALL. Now 17 months later and we are not finished. This means that the company has been hoodwinked for 17 months and stood by and by and took it.
Ironically, one of the points in the settlement is that things need to happen faster. Like 5 weeks to present themselves for an inspection? Another two to say yes after a 6-month of refurbishment and 6 years of closure.
Everything is not ok.
