I pulled my response to your first post. But you are dead right - these delays are unbelievable. The delays are killing long term holders. First, as you point out, it was an extension to 31 October 2021. Then it was a further extension (if I recall correctly) to the 31 December 2021. Then 31 December 2022. And now it has been extended again to the end of this year, even though we were told that was just a formality and the matter should be wrapped up much sooner. I'm starting to lose all track of time.
