It's somewhat of a surprise that they can make the cash stretch that far.
But now it's coming down to funding by debt and more debt, which comes with risk, but debt from Lotus Hall suggests that Lotus Hall have confidence in the process coming to completion.
First revenue will help (to end the endless delays - which have graduating risk), and then first positive cashflow sometime after that, once grades are brought up to a decent level.
