    He exercised 500,000 20c options and sold $100,000 worth of shares to pay for it essentially giving him 228,800 shares for nothing.

    I'd say he just doesn't have the liquidity to tie up another $100k in shares...

    I wouldn't read anything more into it than that, its FA compared to his larger holding
