re: price weakness Technicals awful. Typically I only pyramid up, but when I have a good handle on fundamentals I'm prepared to buy on weakness and has paid off in the past. My take is probable delays in getting plant up to speed, this does not affect L-T fundamentals. Re resistance at 77 cents, once producing and banking cash resistance will be a non-entity.
