See if i've got this right.
Pan African has to pay ERM appx $18mill (6% royalty on the then current gold price x 60k oz) between April and August 2026 even if Pan African don't process any JV ore.
If and when Pan start processing JV ore then the Royalty will continue @ 6%.on any JV ore.
Surely a no risk / capital cash flow of appx $18m p/annum starting in 10 months is not to far distant when it relates to mining.
Sale of royalty or possibilty of takeover adds to possible share price value.
