I think you misinterpret.
Nasa stated (if I interpreted him correctly) that he thinks FGR is going to go bananas within 90 days of an unspecified date in the past. So, if that clock strikes 90 before mid October (which it would) and his prediction is correct... then some people get happy.
When I say mid october falls within nasa's 90 day clock, I mean the 90 day timeframe occurs before these options expire in mid october.
It's really not hard to understand.
