First Graphite is becoming more and more a provider of graphs

The Australian First Graphite (WKN A2ABY7 / ASX FGR) started as a developer of a project in Sri Lanka where you wanted to promote extremely high-grade ganggraphite.

This is still a crucial part of the plan. But now, First Graphite has evolved and developed a technology to produce the new "wonder material" graph. Which is likely to result in significantly higher prices than the ganggraphite, which has already been sold at a premium.

And First Graphite has already developed - together with the University of Adelaide - a functioning graph production cell. Such a cell can produce up to 5 tonnes of graphene per year and could be placed directly at the customer - for just-in-time production.

First Graphite has already provided a number of potential customers with samples of the comparatively cost-effective and high-quality graph, and has also received a whole range of other inquiries from companies wishing to carry out tests in the manufacture of products enhanced by the addition of graphs.

Since the development of the company's graphite project is still ongoing, First Graphite has already begun, some time ago, to obtain the high-grade ganggraphite from Sri Lanka - which is needed as starting material - from third parties.

And to demonstrate that these raw materials can also be reliably made available, First Graphite has used its now established relations in Sri Lanka and has now concluded an agreement that guarantees the company up to 1,000 tons of ganggraphite per year for a period of two years. A first delivery of 40 tonnes, which is already part of this agreement, is already ready for delivery. In future, these deliveries will then supplement the material from our own production.

In addition, First Graphite is increasingly becoming a (graph) technology company. Because the industry has become aware of the fact that First Graphite is in the unique position of delivering high-quality graphs at competitive prices, the company is being contacted by more and more companies looking for a reliable graph source In order to promote their product development.

And some of these companies hold the rights to technological advances and intellectual property in which they offer First Graphite a share in future commercialization. At First Graphite it is now assumed that the possibilities in this area will become increasingly important for the future development of the company and considers it crucial that the first graphite becomes more than "just" a raw material supplier.

For you can see a much larger - additional - growth potential here than it would be as a producer of ganggraphite.

As soon as there are new developments in this regard, First Graphite will report this, so that the next few weeks and months will bring an exciting time for the company and its shareholders!

We consider this two-pronged strategy to be very promising. If First Graphite actually succeeds in positioning itself as a reliable supplier of graphs and graph production technology, a drastically higher company valuation should be justified!

Of course, success is by no means guaranteed and the risk at First Graphite remains high, investors should take into account. In our view, however, the high risk is also confronted with enormous opportunities.

Of the graphite stocks it is the graphene stocks FGR (in the portfolio) and TLG which look best. Both stocks are in gigantic consolidation zones and an upwards break would suggest huge gains to come. FGR (11.5¢) needs to break 16.5¢ and TLG (29.5¢) needs to break 50¢.

In contrast graphite sector leader SYR ($2.67) continues on its downward spiral with no sign of a turnaround, and there is not much joy elsewhere.
