I love the optimism that FGF will be trading soon. Based on that optimism, we were going to be trading weeks/months ago.
June quarterly report stated, "On 21 June 2019, FGF announced that the Company will be taking steps to convene a meeting in order to seekshareholder approval as required by Listing Rule 11.1.2 in consultation with ASX. A proposal has been sent to the ASXfor their review and consideration on FGF’s business and strategy going forward."
To me, this update indicates the company's ASX proposal includes the shareholder meeting details. What happens if the ASX require a meeting before FGF trades again? Well that'll be another 6 weeks to comply with ASX listing rules for drafting, preparation and dissemination of notices of meeting (which includes at least 21 days’ notice).
Yak. ps: I appreciated FGF's sincere gesture of thanking "shareholders for their loyalty and ongoing support" while working through the ASX issues. Ummm... BS... cough cough.
pps: But given the hit to tech stocks this week, at least the SP is protected.
