Oil prices are rising again, now almost $US46/bbl. Drilling with two rigs is scheduled to commence at Mauritania within three weeks. The two drilling rigs would be in tow from their last jobs as I write.
It is a neglectful fund manager who does not take advantage of the present weakness to buy HDR, and it is a stupid investor who is short shares at these price levels.
