I rang and spoke with Isabella Wong yesterday and asked the same question.
I also vetted my concerns about not be informed as a shareholder from the ASX of where their investigations are at since FGF's last response to the market on 10th April 2019.
I told her it was in both the ASX and FGF responsibility to inform the market to provide transparency to all players.
She told me FGF still have to disclose what is material and they have done that. I informed her I want an update on all of the FGF assets are and was told FGF were unable to do that as that could confuse the market.
This is the problem, it is the ASX which appears to be stifling FGF ability to communicate with their shareholders and the public.
I voiced my concerns with this approach which she informed me she will raise my feedback with her chief compliance officer.
The longer this goes on the more reputational damage to all parties is done because of the lack of communication.
What I was told is that if there was something seriously wrong with this company the ASX would have already acted.
They have not and FGF have been accused of no wrongdoings.
I have some broker mates and the word on the street is the ASX want to be moving some of these microcap stocks of the ASX exchange and onto another smaller exchange like the nsx.
This approach is very unprofessional conduct to the 1.5 billion shareholders in this company.
