Thanks for the link. The section on "Mislead or Deceptive Conduct" is well worth reading. This does not imply that FGF has done anything misleading or deceptive although when they stated the ASX had given its approval when that was not the case (Statement later retracted) this would have been in breach.
The section on Managed Investment Scheme MIS is interesting and may go some way to explaining why FGF is still in suspension. I would not be surprised that FGF's responses are around clarifying issues related to this point. I am raising this as a point of discussion and my interpretation may be total incorrect but well worth considering given we have been suspended for two months with no end in sight at this point in time.
FGF's next announcement should acknowledge a link this document and a statement prepared as to how this impacts on their business model looking at both sides of the (bit) coin.
