I have seen it many time there are a number of reasons here are some

• They are trying to get in cheap by down ramping
• They have been burnt by directors of the company on other shares (they do not have an issue with share holders and want to warn people especially against over ramping by others)
• They are Trolls and genuinely want to create havoc.

The key is to determine which they might be an what motive they have. You can actually learn something and in some cases benefit
