I had trouble downloading the stuff on the links you shared but I did go and have a look at what I can find about EQI Bank. Headquartered in some obscure country that I'd never heard of and had to Google. That would be a warning sign. There was one Press Release from October 2018 which suggests that this is another warning sign. All looks a little dodgy and shifty if you ask me.
