Um that’s the core of it....they are NOT abiding by them...that’s why their submissions keep getting tossed out. They clearly have no idea and they need to be honest and come out and say exactly that. Then...Pnina should use some of the exorbitant rent money she’s collected to hire some proper bloody lawyers and sort the issues out.
