If this is a 5M+ deal with part cash part equity, it's big, put a licence in the mix, another business holding the rest, international equity swap, in the BHC case THC biomed and you have something that doesn't move quickly and requires work at night to coordinate with Canada.

I called this early May. My bet is on BHC.
