Yeah I listen to that show mainly for shares.
I had a laugh today though. Someone called about buying a place for 500k to live in and they tell the no buy two properties for 250k each.
Not going to find much without syringes sticking out the floors in southport for 250k. They also said there is not much going for southport. Too bad the uni is rapidly expanding, a new super hospital is going up, and council are building a tramline through the guts of it.
On another note my contract is going through, first home bought will be in molendinar 3b 1b 800sqm. Only minutes from the uni and new hossie.
