Haven't been on here for ages peoples, but its great to see those miserable, negative, aggressively edged posters still here... Using words like 'Ponzi' that they get from each other but possibly don't actually know it's origin.
It's all cycles peoples... and if you are smart (that rules out a few of you) you will all know the money is made in most things when you BUY, not when you sell... So low property prices are just fine with me...
