I dont think anyone is saying that the guy didnt do well for himself, and good on him.
But to look down his nose at young people and say that $4 coffee's are why they cant get into the housing market is a bit rich from someone who was gifted $34K at age 19 at a time where the median house price in Sydney was $385K. He was gifted a house deposit, or in today's market; the equivalent of 788 years of $4 coffee's every single day.
