i don't mean to include the whole of Australia here ;-) but obviously in some parts of Australia it must really be hard to get customers to take out the loan!
(that sure spells a 'good time' for property to me!lol)
Now, wouldn't the poor buggers that are 'getting caught' think about it for a second before plunging into it?
Doom and gloom is off the back pages and it is all over the news and front pages in all the magazines...surely by now everyone is aware of the looming catastrophy ?
