yep lock in rates will be an option but at what price will the banks be offering say for a 5 yr lock in.....US will be years to recover economically so who knows what the money markets will be doing...
i have just listed my own house today actually, cashing up...
missed the top of the market but only paid 280k for the place 6 years ago so valuation came in at 740k t even in the decling market, ill take 700K no problem just to cut out of the market...
better opportunities comning up next two years..
a little travel would be nice in a decked out bus around oz i would think to pass the time away...
