Wouldn't it be better to invest $10 billion in the share market, to help alleviate the fall then to push up property markets with more debt and give the incentive for parents to be more reproductive in tough times like these? Honestly, the unemployment rate is going to increase and people will new homes and new kids will be the first to break.
