Spot on Sigma - However, I'm spewing I wasn't living in QLD, WA or NSW who dont impose Stamp Duty on First Home Owners, now thats where this would be a real benefit.
However, in the case of SCUMBAG Brumby and his crooked Party who fail to follow the other big states and continues to insist everyone must pay Stamp Duty, unfortunately we wont even get to see the benefit of grant and it will go straight into the coffer of Brumby and his henchmens wallets - DISGRACEFULL!!!
The Vic Gov will PAY severly for their Arrogance, they will LOSE the next election for sure.
