    I recently purchased an apartment at $700k, still have not settled as its still under construction. Does anyone know if I'm still qualified for any of the first home owners grant available? From what I can gather from today's budget is that $15,000 is for homes up to the value of $650,000. Or did I just get shafted by the latest budget?
