    "giving the financier a good chunk of the company at a share price that will reward shareholders"

    So that means more shares issued so does that mean to reward shareholders we get free shares to somewhat offset the significant dilution when the financier gets a "good chunk of the company"?????

    Even 10% stake is alot of shares.........I'm sure it will be more.
