    Woody- really, you make no valid point at all.
    Grigor talks up a company that he has a substantial holding in and then discloses his interest. What can be more transparent than that.
    Any prospective investor that has a problem with "talking up the company for his own benefit" can then do some research and make their own judgement of the merits of his recommendation.
